Summer Enrichment Awards
Jefferson Dollars for Scholars provides summer enrichment camp funding to Jefferson Parish public school students in grades kindergarten through 8th.
Participating schools in our Annual School Drive select recipients per our guidelines. Enrichment programs include select Arts, STEM and Student Leadership summer camps available throughout the metropolitan area. National Merit Test Preparation Courses
Jefferson Dollars for Scholars has a proven history of preparing our brightest minds for the national stage. By providing specialized National Merit Test Preparation Courses to Jefferson Parish Academy high schools, our program has helped yield record-breaking numbers of National Merit Qualifiers within the district.
We are incredibly grateful to the Patrick F. Taylor Foundation, whose generous support over the last two years has allowed us to sustain and grow these vital classes at Thomas Jefferson Academy, ensuring our students have the competitive edge they deserve.
